Peking duck was definitely the highlight of our meal! We enjoyed how crispy and juicy it was, and we loved how the dish came with the duck soup. Our second favorite was the Chinese Vegetable Stir-fry (green bean, eggplant, potato, bell pepper). The mapo tofu was not too spicy, but was very numbing after a couple of bites. The portions were really big, making it a great spot for family style meals.

First time trying this place with a group of 6 adults and 7 kids! They handled a large group with hungry boys very well! Kids loved the soup dumplings, fried dumplings and Peking duck so much they were fighting over the dishes and asked for more. Adults enjoyed the variety of dishes as well, especially the lobster and shrimp & walnut. Portion sizes are great for groups too. Glad we have a good Chinese restaurant option in central Plano.

Good quick service, green beans were good, sizzling happy family was not it (comes with chicken, beef, shrimp, and veggies but doesn’t have much flavor), and pan fried pork buns were okay. Overall everything was okay (green beans were delicious) they definitely have better things on the menu.

10/5!!! Amazing and authentic food! The xiaolongbao was the best I’ve had in the US, and the Beijing duck came out with crispy skin and super tender meat. I did get the xiaolongbao for free for leaving a review, but I’d gladly order it again.

This is restaurant is rebranded from Bamboo house with a smaller menu than before. The soup dumplings are amazing, lots of soup with thin skin, it’s also served the traditional way with sliced ginger and dark vinegar. The Peking duck tasted good, but I was disappointed with the way it was carved. It’s done the Cantonese style with both skin and meat together while the Peking style should’ve been carved with the skin separated from the meat. Braised pork is another signature dish and flavorful. However, the beef in the Jalapeño beef was tough, almost jerky like. Service was excellent, very attentive wait staff! Overall, a good experience with solid food.

Unbelievable Chinese food experience in Plano Texas! Many different options. Staff is kind. Water is great. Don’t let anybody complain that they have to pour they own stuff. Deal with it. Been here twice plan on coming back the best dishes are of course hot n sour soup, honey walnuts shrimp (light mayo), Szechuan beef Kung pow chicken , veggie shrimp. Especially the DUCK! Kind of expensive but worth the portions size.
